Pharmacist MR. THAMER was really rude and unhelpful. My paediatrician prescribed 3 packets of medication for my daughter and he only had 2. I took 2 packets and asked if they did delivery which he responded to that he could. I said I’d pay for the 3rd and prefer for it to be delivered to which he responded that ‘it’s too much work for him and I should come back instead’. Really rude, terrible attitude. Very disappointed.

Took me last minute, gave me an appointment according to my availability, fast result. Everything went well and their employees are great.

Very pricey compared to other places give u examples if u buy medication from them they charge £390 for IVF medication same medication in Asda was less then the amount and it was £190

My nurse Noemi was very helpful and compassionate during my chelation experience at Zen.

My wife and I are flying to from Seattle to Heathrow late August. After two days in London we will be taking a cruise form South Hampton. The Line requires a negative Antigen test 24-hours prior to embarkation. The concierge at our hotel recommended ZEN Pharmacy, a short walk form out hotel. I found the ZEN website; filled out the questionnaire and a very nice person named Karar responded with answers to all of my questions. I paid and for our test and Karar scheduled our test. Incredibly fantastic customer service! I will highly recommend ZEN to my friends.

Zen Clinic is a hidden, unknown gem in London. I was pleasantly surprised in terms of the support, attention and great service I have received at the Clinic. Noemi was a blessing in disguise for me when I needed the most support post-addiction. Her attention, care and her personal re-assurance in my future betterment has helped me to be in the positive state of mind and physical stability. Addiction is a battle and I have the right team of support with my doctors and Noemi from Zen. Best of luck to entire team of Zen for doing such an amazing job and giving the service that the person needs XOXO

Went to get a fast antigen test before flying out. They were fantastic at getting the test done and forms done in print and e.mailed. Marvellous stuff.

The service was fast, efficient and the young lady was exceptionally personable. Highly recommend a visit if you need a test. A bit on the pricey side fir a rapid test, but you do what you have to!

I have received various treatments at Zen clinical in the past two years.
I highly recommend this excellent clinic with professional Health Care professionals, great customer service and fair prices. I had an iron infusion treatment and vitamin therapy which helped me manage my fibromyalgia and inflammatory arthritis. The lovely Nurse Naomi, with whom I received my treatment with her not leave me a second during my treatment, giving me complete information about the procedure and recommending the proper treatment and, more than everything, gave me hope. I can not thank the Zen clinic team.
