La Zenia Best brands worst customer service ever

On 15 December 2022, I bought a Lacoste sweatshirt as a gift from Best brands in La Zenia shopping centre. Unfortunately, the long sleeve was not the right size, I got the wrong size unknowingly, it was a gift. I came to return it to the retailer on 17 December 2022. They refused to accept it on the grounds that the label had been cut off. Although I had also provided all the labels back in the shop's branded bag. I also have proof of payment. I cut off a small plastic string from the price label, which can reattach in 2 seconds because it was a present. I didn't ask for a refund, I wanted to exchange the product for the right size. I asked for help and was very friendly. The shop manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in English and then just switched to Spanish, claiming we were in Spain. How is this possible? Not only are they breaking the law, but they are completely unacceptable in dealing with their customers. I asked for a report on their refusal to give me my money back. I don't know what to do with this act now. I am still in a very sad mood because of the disrespectful attitude of the shop staff. I can just say NEVER BUY IN THIS SHOP

El 15 de diciembre de 2022 compré una sudadera Lacoste de regalo de las mejores marcas en el centro comercial La Zenia. Desafortunadamente, la manga larga no era del tamaño correcto, me equivoqué de tamaño sin saberlo, fue un regalo. Vine a devolverlo al minorista el 17 de diciembre de 2022. Se negaron a aceptarlo porque tenían la etiqueta cortada. Aunque también había proporcionado todas las etiquetas en la bolsa de marca de la tienda. También tengo comprobante de pago. Corté una pequeña cuerda de plástico de la etiqueta del precio, que se puede volver a colocar en 2 segundos porque era un regalo. No pedí un reembolso, quería cambiar el producto por el tamaño correcto. Pedí ayuda y fue muy amable. El gerente de la tienda fue extremadamente grosero e irrespetuoso. Me habló en inglés y luego cambió a español, diciendo que estábamos en España. ¿Cómo es esto posible? No solo están infringiendo la ley, sino que son completamente inaceptables en el trato con sus clientes. Pedí un informe sobre su negativa a devolverme el dinero. No sé qué hacer con este acto ahora. Todavía estoy de un humor muy triste por la actitud irrespetuosa del personal de la tienda. Solo puedo decir NUNCA COMPRE EN ESTA TIENDA
