Zenith Dental Nottingham.
A very poor experience and i didn't even manage to get to see anyone.
i hade an appointment with a nurse for an x-ray, they cancelled saying she had an emergency and couldn't be there. i re booked then got a call on the day to say the dentist couldn't be there either today, seems like the same excuse. I've just called back as i had to pay a £50 deposit which i want back to go elsewhere. they might be genuine but i have lost faith in having my teeth done by them.

Karan is an amazing dentist, calming, attentive and patient.
Bonnie is always professional and kind.
This duo have been working with me over a number of weeks and I can not thank them enough.

I recently had a free iTero 3D digital scan with Olivia. The appointment included an oral health assessment, and I was able to interactively evaluate my teeth in a way that I’ve never experienced before. The scanner itself offers a comfortable and convenient experience and I didn’t realise how advanced and impressive it was until my consultation. Olivia was lovely and very helpful throughout the consultation. I had lots of questions which were all answered in a really detailed way! I’ll be having teeth whitening at the clinic and then going on to have some old crowns replaced. Looking forward to returning to this lovely clinic!

I booked in good faith that I would be receiving an exceptional consultation that I had paid £50 for in advance and then was to receive a quote for any further work.

Contrary to my expectations during the investigation of what treatment I needed I was being sold to, even for X-rays (£16 each) and other things that I was not sure I should be paying for as other practices just get on and do it as part of initial consultation fee. I still have not received a copy of my paid for X-ray since asking in July.

Essentially the practice has its delivery model the wrong way round. If it wants to grow and make money then a focus on service i.e. managing expectations and not forcing your staff to always be selling.

As soon as I'd checked in I was asked whether I wanted to be filmed as part of their promo.. this was very inappropriate as I'm a private person when it comes to such matters.

I also went to the bathroom whilst I was there. It didn't leave me with a good impression of the practice.

I believe Zenith have competent dentists and nurses etc but the sales approach and not responding adequately to what I asked for/paid for really put me off entirely.

I hope others are treated better. As for myself, I will not be returning.

I have never written such a bad review about any organisation or service before. My experience with Zenith really was a total disaster.
