Item was not as described. Zenithness would not refund.
I purchased an item believing I was getting the size which was depicted in the advert. there were no other dimensions specified and on receipt of the item I was disappointed to find it was unsuitable. It was less than half the size. I contacted the Zenithness and asked for a return form and a refund. They stated that they would only refund £3. The item cost £9.99+£4.00 p+p. Unacceptable in my opinion. The emailed responses have been appalling. This matter remains unresolved and I have purchased the correct sized item elsewhere for £2 less and no p+p since back and forth emails with no resolution. Also the delivery was slow. It took almost a month to arrive leaving me little time to replace the Christmas gift. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
