I had an issue with opening the main gate to my apartment, you need to call a number but yours needs to be registered, for the last 2 weeks I’ve had issues but today I spoke with Alex Clarke, a quick call and a few minutes later it was working.
It’s refreshing to call somewhere for help and get the answer in minutes and have your issue resolved with out being passed from pilar to post. Alex showcased wonderful customer service, something I’m not used to with most companies I call

Poor Communication and Unjust Charges
As a property owner in a building managed by Zenith, I’ve had an increasingly frustrating experience with how they handle service charge disputes and communication.
The first major issue was being billed for a month of service charges before I even moved into the property. Despite providing clear proof and being told the matter would be passed to their finance team, I’ve had no follow-up whatsoever—despite chasing this multiple times since last year.
More recently, I was told I owe additional service charges due to a supposed increase that took effect in January. I was never informed of this increase, and there was also a discrepancy between the amount I was told I owe and what the actual figures suggest. I simply asked for clarity—but again received no proper response.
What I did receive instead was a separate email charging me an admin fee for a missed payment (which I dispute) and even a threat of legal action. I’ve paid my service charge monthly without fail and only ever asked for transparent communication and a clear breakdown of what I’m being asked to pay.
The lack of accountability and poor communication from Zenith has been extremely disappointing. When property owners are being asked to pay increasing costs, the very least we deserve is timely, accurate information and a response to reasonable queries—not silence, admin fees, and legal threats.

A huge thank you to Martin for all his help when our daughter was moving into the Lowry Wharf Building. From guiding and advising us when the car park fob (supplied by rental agent) didn't work, to taking delivery of those vital first items, he welcomed us warmly and his smile and straightforward support was invaluable and much appreciated.

Shout out to Alex Clarke who responded to a billing matter within minutes with exactly what I needed. That cheerful, can-do attitude was as good as it gets.
RATS, MOLD, BROKEN APPLIANCES, NO CENTRAL HEAT….Beware of Zenith Deeds Property Management and 2400 Blue Harmony Apartments!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother has had the worst experience at 2400 Blue Harmony. It has been nothing short of a nightmare for her and me as I have been trying to help her navigate through this. From the moment she moved in, there were issues.
Severe Negligence: The leasing manager does not follow up on service requests, no matter how urgent. Calls go unanswered service requests are marked complete without the work being complete, leaving residents to deal with issues on their own. They will do an initial check but never return to complete the work.
Rat Infestation & Mold: The apartments are overrun with rats. My mom has already had to kill 5 on her own. There is mold growing in multiple areas, creating a hazardous environment. Management is fully aware of these issues but refuses to take action.
No Central Heat: Despite cold temperatures, the apartment has no central heating, making it impossible to stay warm in the winter months. The service man came out stating that the motor needed to be replaced and never came to replace it,
It Wasn't Move-in Ready: For over a week after moving in, my mom was forced to live without a working stove or refrigerator—basic necessities that should have been ready upon the move-in date. Additionally, she had broken windows that should have been fixed prior to moving in.
This property is an absolute disgrace, completely unlivable, and Zenith Deeds Property Management should be held accountable for their negligence. I strongly advise against renting here—your health and well-being are at risk! DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!

We have lived at Lowry Whalf for over 9 years and would like to thank Martin, Martin and Jerry for being the best concierge team. Jerry always around in the morning to say hi and wish you a good day. Both martins are always at hand and keep your parcels safe! They have all gone the extra mile when we have moved in/ out or when we need there help with something in the flat. They are the core to keeping Lowry Whalf running!
