Frustration

Although I was very optimistic, I ended up so furious. I have applied tens of time ans the result is the same, rejection. I made sure that my profile is complete 💯%.

One of the things that really annoys me, one of the companies regularly opens shifts and there are literally on a walkable distance from my home, as I don't mind working nights shifts, but nevertheless, rejection.

I think it's the algorithm, there should be a human being in the middle to recheck what the algorithm expels.
