Zenkai is Quality
I bought a conquest shirt and i love it. The print is super high quality, none of that plastic print stuff, actual good quality. The washed look is unique and the inside of the shirt is super soft. Highly recommend Zenkai for your anime clothes. For sizing reference, i’m 5’10 190 and got a XL and it fit slightly oversized just like i wanted.

Great quality all around!
Great quality fabric with minimal if any shrinkage in the wash. Decals are well printed and not a plastic press on decal. Heavy and warm for a little wind but oversized and airy to stay cool in the heat as long as you aren't getting only black t-shirts.

Poor quality product & customer service
I was dissatisfied with the quality of a screenprinted shirt, and requested a return & refund. I was offered an opportunity to keep the shirt & have half the cost refunded, but I wanted a full refund. Zenkai processed the refund but I never received it, and when I checked back with them, said it was my bank’s fault. I do not trust this company & would not recommend.

The initial delay was due to the refund being canceled on the payment provider's side without us being notified — as soon as we became aware, we made it right.

First time buying wasn't sure but did anyway. Took 2 weeks to get to me but in the end i was very impressed. Nice shirts and the print is in the fabric not outside so it wont crumble like other shirts. Ordered another 3for2 now i know they're legit.

Really good shirt and print quality. Especially my conquest shirt. I love it. It’s light, great material, comfortable, and the print job is really nice. It’s not like it’s slapped on there, but in the material itself. Only thing I would say the shipping to a while. But worth it in the end.
