Timing: We recommend using Sleep Now™ about 10–20 minutes before you plan to sleep. However, everyone's sweet spot is a little different — some people find it helpful to use it anywhere from 10 minutes up to an hour before bedtime. Feel free to adjust slightly based on how your body responds.

Inhalation Technique: Remember to inhale deeply, like sucking on a straw for 1–2 seconds. Next, take an additional breath of air without the diffuser. Hold the mist for a few seconds. Finally, exhale very slowly through your nose. The additional breath helps dilute the mist, making your exhale smoother. Following this technique is essential for comfort and maximizing the absorption of the beneficial ingredients.

How Many Inhales: Start with 5–10 gentle inhales. If needed, you can increase gradually up to 20 inhales to find the level that works best for you.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been—not only that the product didn’t work for you, but also the frustration of waiting for a refund. That’s certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers.

Unfortunately, the delay stemmed from an issue with PayPal’s offer-based refund system, which created complications outside of our usual process. That said, we absolutely agree it took too long, and we’re genuinely sorry for that.

In the end, we made the decision to refund the full amount, including shipping, to make things right. While we wish the experience had gone more smoothly from the start, we hope this resolution showed our intention to be fair and supportive.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the confusion. To clarify, our system requires your address to calculate the exact shipping cost based on your location. Since I can see you're in the UK, I can confirm that the shipping cost is a flat rate of £6.75.

We ship from the USA, where our stock is based, and this flat rate is actually lower than what it costs us to ship a single diffuser to the UK. Additionally, since you’re in the UK, we must pay VAT on both the postage cost and the product itself, which is a significant 20% additional cost to us.

For larger orders, like our BUY 2 GET 1 FREE or BUY 3 GET 3 FREE deals, we take on a significant portion of the shipping cost ourselves, so you end up getting even more value.

We recommend considering one of these deals, as it substantially reduces the impact of the shipping cost on your overall order.

Everyone's body chemistry is unique, and while our ingredients—such as Melatonin, Lavender, and Chamomile—are scientifically proven to aid sleep and relieve stress, they may not have the same effect for everyone. It's important to ensure full absorption of the ingredients by following the most optimal inhalation technique:
