Hi am writing this so you don't get caught by the way this firm operates.l contacted this firm in May 2022. Needing Power of Attorney for my mother. Sounded so charming and helpful on the phone. So went ahead. 3 months later and £xxx later nothing has happened. All the paperwork has been checked by my family. Sponsor. References. I keep getting side tracked. It has not been presented to the guardians yet . They are asking me for more cash to do this. Today I have telephoned the ombudsman and he says that they are not SRA rated.So I couldn't file a complaint to the legal secretary. My next step was to do this review to save any one else experiencing the same mess that I am in.Take care readers go to the Gov site it is very helpful.

Just finished stage two of our work with Zen Legal Phil made our time doing the Will and Trust set up a smooth and easy task. All questions were answered and when we interrupted Phil and asked Him to explained anything we were not certain it was not a problem as we thought he was patient with Us and no question was a problem .
