Highly Recommended!

The ordering process was very quick and easy to complete. Also, I greatly appreciate the regular updates regarding my order (Along with updates regarding the ordering, packaging, and shipping processes). First experience with Zen market

Easy to contact and communication is clear. The package is well packed and includes all the information needed to pass through customs without any problems. Delivery was also very fast. All in all, a great experience. Thanks for the service 👌🏻

Japanese sales tax not applicable for international sales

I did not recognize beforehand, that I would have to pay japanese VAT, even that the ordered item was going outside of Japan. Usually this tax is not being charged for international sales.

Everything was perfect

I purchased an item that wouldn’t work

I purchased an item that wouldn’t work. Put new batteries in it and nothing happened. They refused to replace or refund my money. I am seeking advice from consumer council. They didn’t want me to return the faulty item back I would advise against having any dealing with this company. It’s a rouge company. Take your money. Send a faulty item and refuse to either replace or give your money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everything took too long

Everything took far too long. Since I ordered Nihonshu, this was anything but ideal, especially when the goods were not moving. Supposedly this was due to resource shortages. It was my first time using ZenMarket. Compared to my orders with other services, I am unfortunately not satisfied. There is room for improvement.
The only positive aspect is the ability to access the package documents. This is really well implemented.

ZenMarket should see over whoever is…

ZenMarket should see over whoever is moderating their Reddit servers. There are two users and the one named BinaryRun seems to be allergic to criticism against ZM.

He will always assume the worst of the poster, and while there are a lot of bad and nonsensical posters, people who have genuine inquiries get doubled down on by this guy. One example being a broken shipment, he immediately claimed that the one the buyer was sent by the seller must be a fake. Very bold of an external person to assume that the buyer received a fake, whilst indirectly and simultaneously claiming that ZenMarket received the fake item and sent it along to the buyer.

Overall nasty experience on their Reddit, which some people must use in order to escalate issues with ZM.

Not bad

I’ll be honest I thought it would be more complicated but it’s not all u have to do is add the funds (Do the math when u add funds cuz they take a 3.5% fee I think) then u just just buy it then wait for it to be delivered to there warehouse then make a parcel and pick FedEx or Ups or just use any one u want (I used FedEx) then wait till it comes to ur house.
