Arrived without expectations but with an open mind and l found it as a magical experience. Although it was a group session about money, it was more. It was peaceful, filled with emotions and was an eye opening experience about how your family's past can affect your life today. Not just financially. I would recommend visiting them!

The ethic, empathy, professionalism and understanding are just few qualities to best describe the 'Zen My Mind' environment. The sessions that I have with Ivo are some of the best things happened to me. With his passion and with his ability of understanding even the most sensitive subjects, I can say that now I am able to motivate myself (I almost forgotten how it feels) and have better judgments in general.
