Zen Planner is great
Zen Planner is great! It is pretty in depth and has A LOT of features. Which also means it can be pretty complicated. However, their call support team is fantastic. So nice and very helpful, and I call once a week! The more I learn and get comfortable with ZP the more features I am able to use to serve my business better.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. The software itself is clunky and not very intuitive. Often hard to access during high peak class times. Limited staff app, though they have made many improvements in the last year.

Great for Yoga Studios
Zen Planner is the best option out there for yoga studio software. I did the research over many months. Zen Planner is powerful, affordable, easy to use, and run by kind and knowledgable people with our studio's best interests in mind.

There have been technical difficulties that have hurt our business, administration, and customer service. We have been waiting for MONTHS now to get one of the glitches fixed, with no indication as to when it will be resolved, which is really unacceptable.

Not absurdly unhappy, but miss the great customer service.
As Zen Planner has grown the customer service has taken a toll. With ZP only because it is too big of a pain to switch.

Been doing business with ZP for 2 years now. Their customer service is extremely professional and helpful. The software communicates well with my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fitness facility's needs. They listen to customer's needs. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.

Get your time back
Great software for getting your martial arts school up and running. One of the best aspects of this software is the reports that are set up for you. Another is the automatic email features. My favorite is the bill and payment tracker.

Customer service is way too slow when …
Customer service is way too slow when you are an overseas customer.
Also, customer service respond in a lazy manner. They don't look to see who is writing the email, they always address everyone sending an email as "Ken" (The person registered as the owner of the business) and Instead of replying with a thorough email to ask for more information should they need It, the response is often a 1 or 2 sentence and ALWAYS requires back and forth emailing for them to gather enough information.

Easy to use and modern!
I love how user friendly and affordable Zen Planner is! It is easy to use and navigate through. Zen Planner integrates with your website and social medial. There are tons of pre-made automations that can easily be edited to perfectly fit your business. Zen Planner provides free webinars on a regular basis to help teach you how to use the software. The list just goes on and on!
What I like most is that Zen Planner is MODERN!!! I love that I can have my members fill out all of their information on an iPad and then just email it to them. NO PAPER necessary!
I would (and do) recommend Zen Planner to anyone!
