#1 Unhappy customer
#1 I ordered some equipment to be shipped out next day air and confirmed that several times with the rep. I received the package days later and it was labeled ground.
#2 The equipment I received required some mounting hardware to be able to install it in my application. There was no mention of that during the time that I placed the order. I sent pics of my application/gate that the equipment was supposed to be installed on but I guess there was not enough familiarity with the product.
#3 Thd day after I purchased the equipment I received an email from your company saying to complete my order. This concerned me as I needed the equipment next dayaid. I had to call the company and they told me to disregard the messsge.
#4 I asked for a quote on a couple of crash bars on Sept 3. I had to call yesterday to ask where the quote was. I finally received the quote yesterday after my reminder quote. I couldn’t wait so I bought the product elsewhere as there are so many suppliers of this equipment.
In closing, your reps were very friendly and courteous but I think that their product knowledge is lacking and of course, the shipping issue upset me along with the lack of a sense of urgency.

Confusing “complete your order” email: That’s on us. We’re tightening our automated messaging rules so urgent/expedited orders don’t receive contradictory communications.
Quote turnaround: We understand the urgency, and delayed quotes cost you time. We’re implementing faster SLA targets and escalation alerts for time-sensitive requests.

First time using the sight, item that was purchase was displayed incorrectly on the website. Once we received the item contacted support help and they were able to send the item that we carried in the mail. Item has been sent we are awaiting the item that we ordered, once received will be able to adjust the star but not at this time.

Have yet to receive package. Where UPS says they delivered is not a UPS store anymore so they don’t accept packages. I don’t know why they changed my delivery address, and you never get to talk to a person to find out. UPS is a pathetic shipping company! Would love to know where my package is!!!!
