The item I purchased was backordered- not their fault. They followed up and eventually sent me the wrong item. It's possible I ordered the wrong item- the model number was very similar- but I now feel I'm getting the run-around. I sent them photos of the item I wanted and the item I received. I found their communications with me to be vague. I placed the order on Oct 15. It's now Nov. 23, and I'm still waiting for either a refund or a replacement of the correct item. I may have been responsible for some of the ordering errors, but I've never had such difficulty resolving an online ordering issue.

I'll give Zen Supply the benefit of the doubt and update my review from 1 to 3 stars. I stand by what I wrote above, but they did finally get in touch with me to clarify the problem. I returned the product, and they refunded my money. I also reordered the correct part I needed, which came quickly. I installed it, and it works!

I received a swift response to my complaint stating it was being taken care of but have not had any updates in about a week and my room continues to be dark while I am now shopping elsewhere. This may be more of a carrier complaint but at this time I received a shattered product that I paid for. My review could change based on whatever happens next.
Update: customer service was very friendly and apologized for the damaged product. I was refunded and they attempted to resend but unfortunately, the lights are too fragile to send. I am changing my review to a 4 because they made a good effort to correct a situation that unfortunately may have been beyond their control. I appreciate the effort.

I received a written quote from a Zen Supply sales rep for some door hardware. On the quote, it stated that prices were good for 30 days. When I placed my order, the price had increased by almost 40%. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told that the manufacturer had a price increase and they would not honor their quote.

Everyone was very helpful. I needed the part number for the dummy lock to match the active lock I was buying for my double iron door. In a matter of minutes someone gave me the information. Prices were very reasonable.
