I have paid twice for the product first on the 1st July and next on 3rd July they said my first order was incomplete so l did it again having to us another card as they said the first card couldn't be used. Now the text are still saying my order is incomplete even though l have order confirmations l would appreciate a refund of $369.75 for my first payment that they say didn't go through
