I purchased one item from them
I purchased an item from them, and it took over 3 weeks to get here, when it did finally get here it was not as the website described, even the two boxes were different, the name of the product, and the company were not on the boxes, I then looked at my credit card and the payment was taken out July 6th, for my order, but I then noticed another payment was taken out on July 26th (20 days later) ?? I was like ok, I'm not subscribed to anything, so what was it for? I then started the process to return the only product I ever received from them since I was within their 30-day period. I also told them about the 2nd charge on my credit card, thinking it may have just been an error. However, I received NO response from them, nothing! From the email they said to respond to. I then opened a dispute with my credit card company on the 2nd charge. I sent them all the information with documents of proof. I still haven't heard back from them on any of the above problems. i asked them for a return address and an RMA if needed. They have not replied to my several emails. So this tends to make me believe they are a complete scam. If they do respond (which I highly doubt), I will return and give them credit for anything they do to make this right, and return my money!
