Ordered this in February

Ordered this in February. It still is “in transit” magically all around my house and has yet to be delivered. Based on its overall trustpilot score I should have never ordered this product.

Useless product, no money back

I purchased Zephyrian sun tanning supplements with high hopes, especially since the company advertises a money back guarantee if you don’t see results. I took the supplement every single day for 90 days, just as instructed, but unfortunately, I saw absolutely no change—no tan, no improvement, nothing at all.
When I reached out to Zephyrian for a refund, I was shocked by their response. They required that I send them photos to "prove" my lack of progress. I find this request unreasonable and frustrating, especially when the product is supposed to deliver visible results, and there was literally nothing to show.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the company’s customer service. I would not recommend Zephyrian to anyone looking for tanning supplements, as it simply does not work and the refund process is unnecessarily difficult.

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t receive any results even after the full 90 days, and you took the capsules with a meal as instructed.

This is definitely not a typical experience we hear. That's why we initially decided to offer a money-back guarantee. In customer studies focused on the 90-day commitment, we saw how well the product performs when committed to, which made us very confident in its effectiveness.

Despite this, we want to stand behind our promises. In rare cases, people are unable to metabolize carotenoids and therefore do not get results. If our product hasn’t delivered what it promised, we don’t want your money.

We explain the photo requirement in the guarantee terms and conditions, but there is room for improvement, as this came as a surprise to you. We ask for photos as part of the guarantee to prevent misuse, not to complicate the process.

We try to remind customers about the photos as much as possible before (and after) placing an order, but people, of course, have other things to do besides reading our website and emails. However, we fully understand that it is very frustrating to realize this after it’s already too late.
