Poor quality sail, ignored me.
Poor quality sail, the edges are not stretchy but the main material is, that's the wrong way round, allowing for a sag in the middle, big problem as soon as it rains.
Emailed them regarding this and they ignored me.

All my questions were answered in good time before the purchase was made. The purchase was smooth and what I expected. Well packaged and presented.
The screws you provided were too small for the rawl plugs in masonry; may I recommend 5 x 40 screws which I used to mount the brackets.
(The months ahead will tell of the effect of the sails shading from a hot sun)

Great customer service
When i accidentally ordered the wrong size the customer service team were happy to change the order. The shade sail is up and it has transformed the patio and garden i am so pleased! I used oak posts rather than fixing to the old brickwork and so far they are working well. Now waiting for some warm weather..
