Ordered food from Zeppes, driver left food without notification!

Ordered food and driver just left it at the side of the front door unseen without knocking or ringing door bell. After waiting an hour we called. Person answering the phone said it was delivered. That's when we saw the food tucked near the corner. We told person on phone food was cold. She responded that she was sorry. We have ordered numerous times I would expect Zeppes to send out fresh HOT food. Very disapointed and was faithful customer. Not anymore, if this is their new customer service I'll not be a customer any more or recommend Zeppes!!!
