Terrible. I returned 2 tops months ago have have NEVER received my credit. I have left multiple messages with only the same generic answer. Where’s my money??? Don’t shop here !!!!!!!

Love shopping with Zerbar! The only thing you need to know is the shipping takes, as it mentions, 3 weeks or more.
Just be patient because you will enjoy your purchase and it will definitely be worth the wait!

Kept trying to track my order by emailing them
I spent nearly $200 I received email back saying

Order arrived after I returned from my holiday & the quality is not what I expected very disappointed

Ordered 3 dresses and for the price I am delighted quality and style , good communication only thing is time to arrive is longer than I expected will but again and sizes are true to form

Ordered 2 dresses and 1 top. Fabric is see-through and feels like plastic. Fit is terrible. I ordered a small and all are huge. Would not wear even at home. Tried to return but after many back and forth responses of offering money off to keep the dresses but not offering a full return, they finally offered a full return but I had to return the dresses to Dubai. That cost was $47 USPS. That is 1/2 of what it cost. The dresses are not as they represent in the photos.

Very pleased with this service, I realised it would be a delay from ordering to delivery, I ordered 25th Aug, then received around 5th September whilst I was away.... sadly I would have loved to have worn this lovely dress on holiday, but will save for my next holiday in the Winter.... it's a lovely dress and can be worn with any footwear, very pleased with my purchase, it fits well and hangs really nicely... I'm a 12/14 and got the large, lovely fit and feel! Thank you!

Everything arrived in a timely manner and I love all my items.

Lovely light fabric and print in this summer essential. Only wish XS was an option given this dress is a little too big. Still works with a Jean jacket to cover!

The only reason that I gave 4 stars was due to the long delivery time.

Order took over 6 weeks to arrive despite all items “in stock” cancelled order before I went away but it arrived anyway & now can not speak to anyone to try & return it.

Absolutely 3 gorgeous dresses ! Really… couldn’t believe the lovely quality and stylish cut of all 3. I’m size 16-18 so definitely needed XL. Great value for money too. I ordered 3 so got free delivery. Delivery did take a while 3-4 weeks but I was aware of this.

I love the selection of dresses, the fit and the beautiful colors! True to size, as well. I ordered a couple dresses, that arrived in a reasonable time frame (a few weeks). I ordered four more, because I really liked the first order, and I waited over two months for them. Kind of a bummer, because the season is almost over.

Delivery date was longer than expected, but love the clothes! Will continue to be a customer.

I really liked these dresses! The only drawback is that took about 5 weeks for them to arrive.

The only reason I gave a 4 star is because of slow delivery otherwise the fabrics are great quality and the workmanship is excellent. I will definitely order from Zerbar.
