I wish the fork had a longer stem as for me with arthritic hands ( the reason I bought it hoping it
Would help ) it’s hard to hold without touching the forks and by the time I’ve managed to hold placed it the vibrations have gone 🤷♀️
Zerenda’s customer service team reached out and have been really helpful in resolving my issue. I’ve returned my order and am now waiting for my refund. I appreciate their prompt response and willingness to put things right.

The product did take a while to arrive, however I now have it and have put it to good use. I tried the 128 hz tuning fork yesterday on various points of my body where I have niggles and pain, and it has definitely made an improvement. I also used it before bed and had the best nights sleep I have had for a while.

I am loving this fork. I use is on my feet and my hips mostly as I have osteoarthritis. It is very calming on the feet particularly. I am getting used to it and trying to establish a routine. I will know more re: the hips with a little more time. I am enjoying the experience and love this company.

Indeed i had the thumb protrusion
