ordered a mousepad

ordered a mousepad and was contacted very quickly about my order and everything involved, communication was very fast and honestly one of the few places I actually feel valued as a customer unlike those massive companies I'm sure we all know the names of. I'd recommend them to anyone :)

Excellent support, Highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Matthew with the great support. Custom cable did take a lengthy process time but I expected that. Royal Mail untracked got lost twice, which isn't ZGM's fault, but I decided to just get a refund due to the wait. Matthew reached out to me after I received my full refund to send me a new paracord regardless, with tracked shipping so it can't escape. Came next day, will definitely be coming back here in future.

Incredible Support

The support is better than the support I receive from my family. On a more serious note I couldn’t be happier with the support I have received when returning a faulty mouse. I contacted via email and had a response within a few hours. Upon returning the mouse I received an email the same day it arrived saying that they will replace it and even offered different versions of the mouse as a replacement free of charge. Upon deciding on a mouse they sent out a replacement that day and I received it the next day. The new mouse has had no issues whatsoever. Thank you specifically to Matthew Fowler they handled my support ticket and I could tell he genuinely cares. I will always be buying from this company in the future.

Picture this: you're happily scrolling through your digital domain, conquering quests and conquering spreadsheets with the grace of a digital ninja, when suddenly... cue dramatic music... your trusty mouse decides to take an unscheduled vacation. Panic sets in. How will you navigate the vast digital wilderness without your faithful companion?

Fear not, dear reader, for this is where the hero of our story enters: the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Now, let me tell you, I've had my fair share of RMA experiences that felt like navigating a labyrinth blindfolded. But not this time, oh no! This time, I was in for a treat.

From the moment I reached out to customer support, I knew I was in good hands. The response was prompt, courteous, and sprinkled with just the right amount of emoji flair. What customer support should look like!

Snappy shipping, reliable and great customer experience. You can judge a place on how it handles issues and I had a product arrive with a manufacturing defect.. Matthew went above and beyond to get it resolved with clear communication and fast actions.

Can't ask for much more than that.

Great customer service

The person running the shop is a great guy, the shipping longer than expected but I asked him and he responded nicely with a link to track my package.
Also had some problems with the mouse and he helped me to fix those issues.
Buyed something 5 years ago and had no quality issues and also with this purchase had no quality issues.
For a 5/5 the shipping date should be more accurate.

Mathew is amazing

Mathew is amazing. I collect mousepads, got about 300 plus. I couldn't find this particular one anywhere else. The service is seriously second to none. This guy obviously genuinely cares about his customers. Totally brilliant.

Unfortunately i ran into some issue whith the unit that i got and Matt was very helpful and sorted out my issue really quick and i was very happy with everything

Great Quality Paracord

The cable is well made and feels great to use, from ordering it took about 5 weeks to arrive, which is fine and i understand that they are all custom made for delivery, but a heads-up of this when ordering would've been great.

I ordered grips from here, they arrived the next day and are great.

Apart from that the service was great, Matthew responded quickly to any questions i had and I'll definitely order from here again.
