Unusable site

This concept used to work perfectly. Since this year, it's just impossible to use. They make you complete surveys to get free delivery, but then they give you a code that's expired, even though they claim it’s still valid for more than a month. If you try to contact them, that's impossible as well. And if you want to pay for delivery, be careful because 2 or 3 people use the full monthly print limit within a week, leaving other students unable to print anything… Terrible site it has become. They’d be better off taking it offline.
