Loch Ness FC put out a product this year that brought them international attention and put a lot of stress on the resources they had available. However, they handled the situation beautifully. They communicated with their customers about the status of their orders, answered my inquiry in a timely fashion and delivered their jerseys to their international fans on time. Because of my great experience, I have continued to follow them through the season and will continue to do so in the future. Hopefully, I will get a chance to one of their games in the future. Looking forward to what they put out on next year's kits. The pressure is on guys!
