Additionally, during account creation all users accept our Terms & Conditions, which state that every new account and campaign is subject to manual review and may be approved or rejected at our discretion if it does not meet our compliance requirements.

We remain available to assist you further and will notify you as soon as your refund is completed.

We take the quality of our traffic very seriously and have multiple layers of fraud prevention in place. If you suspect that any low-quality or bot traffic has occurred, we strongly encourage you to contact our compliance team—we investigate all such reports thoroughly.

Please note that, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions, the first deposit is non-refundable. It is intended to help advertisers test and optimize campaigns, as performance marketing inherently involves a testing phase to find the right audience fit.

Our support team is at your disposal Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM GMT+1 and as you reached out to us outside of our business hours you experienced a delay in response.

We take great care to ensure the quality of our inventory and we encourage all of our clients to reach out to compliance@zeropark.com if they suspect any bot traffic has slipped through the multiple layers of our fraud prevention system.

We encourage you to fill out the report and provide us with more details of your experience so that we can investigate your concerns. We issue refunds if such an investigation proves the traffic quality wasn’t up to standard.

Please keep in mind that the minimum deposit of $200 has been put in place to allow for testing what audiences respond best to your offer. Affiliate marketing is not a get-rich-quick scheme and matching supply with demand unfortunately requires a testing budget.

According to our Advertiser Terms & Conditions, first top-ups are non-refundable. However, in your case, we made an exception to refund the sum above the minimum deposit of $200, hence the 60% refund.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in refunding the money. Your account manager Agata started working on solving the issue as soon as you notified her of the problem. This is completely on us and we are doing our best to refund your balance without any more delays.

Zeropark uses several manual and automatic fraud detection systems to ensure brand safety and prevent ad fraud. We eagerly investigate all bot traffic claims from our clients and issue refunds if/when those claims are found to be true. Matching your offer with the correct audience is rarely immediate which might lead to false impressions about the quality of the audiences.

While creating the account you accept the terms and conditions in which it is clearly stated that ‘Every new Account created in the Zeropark Platform system is manually approved or denied by one of Zeropark’s employees. The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that all its Campaigns shall be subject to review by Zeropark’s employees. Zeropark reserves the right to accept or reject the Advertiser’s Campaign at any time based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions or any applicable law, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty.’

It is also clearly stated in point 4.8 of the Advertiser Terms and Conditions that the first deposit is nonrefundable.

We don’t disable accounts unless they are in breach of the Advertiser terms and Conditions.
