Everything went smoothly, both the purchase and confirmation email. Only the installation took some time because I thought the purchase would be made in the app, but it was simply installed directly on the motorcycle! Parking mode is a great purchase! Very satisfied.

I had to order some spare parts and the customer service replied quickly and efficiently.
Shipping can take a while since the concerned parts were sent from the US but zeroparts.eu has no control over it.

Ordered x4 upgrade parts for my 2022 Zero SR. Parts are very good quality, however one was poorly engineered and did not fit securely (aluminium fly screen).

Parts came very poorly packed without any padding whatsoever (box was ripped open during transit and I'm lucky to have no parts fall out).

A difficult job trying to get parts into the UK from Europe these days - customs are a pain. But these are a fair-minded bunch who do their best.

Fast ship, item hard to find elsewhere, kind contact
