ZERO PENNY ARE SCAMMER AGENCY

This company presents itself as a professional marketing agency, but my experience was nothing short of a scam.

They promised results, strategy, and expertise. What I received instead was vague explanations, recycled generic advice, and zero measurable performance. After payment was made, communication dropped dramatically. Replies became slow, evasive, and eventually stopped altogether.

No real campaigns were delivered. No clear reports. No transparency. Just excuses.

It feels like their entire operation is built around selling big promises, collecting upfront fees, and disappearing once they get your money. If you ask for refunds or accountability, you’re ignored or gaslit.

Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and financial loss.
This is not a serious agency.
This is not a professional service.

Do not trust them.

Thank you for your review. Because accusations such as “theft” and “scam” are being made publicly, it is important to clarify the facts.

This review appears to come from a partner involved in the same project referenced in other reviews, which may give the impression of multiple separate experiences when they are actually related to the same engagement.

During the project, our team experienced repeated abusive behavior, including:

• Direct insults and name-calling toward staff
• Racist remarks toward team members
• Threats to “ruin” our business and get our accounts/domains banned
• Blackmail attempts demanding refunds while threatening negative campaigns online
• Coordinated posting of negative reviews across platforms (Trustpilot, Reddit, BHW)
• Harassment through repeated aggressive messages and calls

All of these communications are fully documented.

The service itself was conducted under a signed agreement that clearly outlined the campaign setup timeline (10–14 business days), scope of work, and refund policy before payment was made.

Despite the hostile behavior, our team continued to communicate professionally and process the project. When a refund was later requested, we still issued remaining ad spend refunds and a partial management fee refund according to the agreed policy.

False accusations combined with harassment and threats do not reflect the documented timeline, the agreement, or the actions taken during this project.

I made the right choice picking them

The zero penny team have been great so far, the onboarding process has been smooth and easy. They always get back to any questions or concerns that you may have straight away. I had to pivot in a new direction with my business after the initial onboarding process and they helped me do it with no problems at all. I am very confident with the future of my business marketing in their hands.

We're absolutely gobsmacked by the professionalism, simplicity and patience of 0-Penny chief, Prakhar.

We are more than convinced that we've chosen the right partner for our performance ads going forward.

Looking forward to some big results, as we ease through the onboarding experience.
