Absolutely terrible experience with this company. My carpets were already in excellent shape before ZeroRez came to my home. I just needed them to be freshened up a little bit. After ZeroRez came to my home, there are now black stains all over my entire carpet! They made my carpets a million times worse!! Absolutely horrible company. They have no idea what they are doing.
