The delivery was fast and the service was perfect. However, the taste of water is what is really disturbing. The water tastes sour and definitely has a taste that is neither usual nor pleasant. Of course, I have disposed of the first couple of containers of water before drinking it.

I have noticed leake in the rubber seal couple of times.
Also the lifetime of a filter is standard even though the input water quality is more or less the same

I put the first cartridge in when they arrived. I filled the reservoir before I went to bed and when I came down in the morning, the reservoir was still half full. I think it must be a faulty cartridge.
The filter is ok but not as i thought, it tastes a little bit like iron. If it excedes the TDS of 006 to higher value it starts smelling really weired so you need to get rid of the filter as soon as the value of TDS 006 and the filter showed 006 after one 1 week of usage so to me is a little expensive.

The filter bottle was broken when ordered. But the person on call was kind enough to address the issue and sent me a new filter bottle.
Everthing it s as advertise , water it s water and it should be clean but with the zerowater the problem it s solved , thank you
Why in French I don't know, but I like the jug and filter, water tastes wierd tho, it's the active charcoal, I think, but still tastes better than normal when it's like a sewer metallic scent and taste. So many agricultural toxins are in our groundwater here in Denmark so Zerowater jugs are absolutely necessary, filters are kind of expensive tho, but it is what it is. Shipment was speedy from NL to DK.
100% worth the money, the water has a really good taste. I'm using the water filter daily and I'm happy about it. I recommend these products for hard water.
Great filter, and great customer service. My TDS meter arrived broken and they sent a replacement very fast. You can definitely tell the difference with the water taste.
