I have to change the filter every 14 days, even the TDS is on 001, but the water taste bad and sour.
So I had to change and use 3 filter in 1,5 month and that is not sustainable.
Is there anything to do with the filters quality?
When I was packing them out, they where already wet, the plastic top was condensed.
If there is some health issues and hasard to drink that water, I don't think you should be allowed to sell your product. I would like to know if you have some documentation you can provide me about what is happening with the water turning, smelling and tasting bad, with your filter system.
And no, the tup water doesn't taste or smell bad.
And yes, it has to much particles in it, mostly calcium, that is why I bought a filter.
But I didn't imagine, thet the filter has a regulation built in, and I have to buy one filter for every 14 days. That is a very bad sale trick.
I also hade some other filter before, where I had to change it every 6 month.

I hope ZeroWater customer service will reach out to me, when I called them they promised to do that, and I am still waiting.

The jug i bought came with a crack on the handle, which i reported to them and they sent me a new jug next day, so customer experience was great.

Filters and jug look good and the price is decent. For filtering duration, quality and other experience I'll have to wait and update review if necessary.

I bought a Zero Waterfilter in January. I waited to write a review since it is important to me to correctly test the product before writing a review. The product arrived quickly.
Looks well build firm and sturdy. The waterfilter works a bit slower than my previous one but this did not bother me.
The tester to test the TDS works like a charm and is great to have.
However what bothered me is that the first filter went “bad” within 14 days. You could taste the water was getting worse and the TDS reading became 6 which is still really low, but the taste to is was bad and if you boiled the water it became even worse.
I saw in the instructions that when the TDS reads “06” its time for a change of the filter which was really quick in just 14 days. I anticipated to last 1 year with three bought filters.
I decided to change the filter and the same thing happened now within 20days.
If I have to calculate the filter cost for just 20days of use it will become too expensive. So I “unfortunately” will have to look into other options/suppliers.
I hope however Zerowater customer service will reach out to me to handle this issue. TDS from the Tap is 240.

Fast service and keeping me informed of my order’s progress.

The water gets clean, according to the machine. But it taste like dirt and is very difficult to swap out to drink instead of unfiltered tap water.

I have been using zerowater since 2 years already. I like the little measurement thing I can check the quality of the water.

I ordered a set of 4 replacement filters on 2 separate occasions and on both they failed to deliver. Asked for a refund and was told no as the items were posted. The tracking number gave no information where the items were "posted". System is useless when you can not buy filters.

Love the pitcher. Water taste does take some time getting used to, as many reviews online have mentioned, but I love that the filter works to get you very clean water. Only gripe is that it takes a while for the water to filter out from the top reservoir - but I just top it up before putting it back in the fridge to do its job. Would 100% recommend.
