Nous fabriquons des chaussures avec une seule idée en tête : qualité, sophistication & sport en nous inspirant de nos racines aux couleurs méditerranéennes, et en utilisant ce que nous pensons être les matières les plus pertinentes. Nos produits durent longtemps, tout en conservant leur style unique. Ce que nous faisons, c'est produire des chaussures distinctives pour les personnes sensibles à la haute qualité tout en essayant de rester cohérent avec une gamme de prix juste. Conscients des enjeux sociétaux et environnementaux, nous sommes heureux de développer ce projet Zespà avec nos équipes en plaçant la thématique RSE au centre même de nos préoccupations et de notre stratégie. Depuis près de 10 ans, nos clients sont témoins de notre effort et notre seul objectif pour arriver à la paire de chaussures la plus sophistiquée, la plus polyvalente et la plus intemporelle sans renoncer à la qualité, au confort et à notre signature sud de la France.

I would not order from these people

I would not order from these people, if you need to return anything they charge you £10 to do a refund and they do not do an exchange, the customer service is terrible they didn’t send me the full amount for the trainers and when I questioned them they sent me a rude email , no apologies just rudeness

For clarification, a €10 return fee is applied in the case of a refund, as stated in our terms and conditions. However, this fee is not deducted when a store credit is chosen.
At this time, we do not yet offer an exchange service, but we hope to be able to introduce one in the future.
We sincerely regret if our exchanges may have seemed impolite; this was absolutely not our intention.
Customer satisfaction remains a priority for us, and we apologize if a language barrier may have caused any misunderstanding.

Love Zespa shoes, quality leather outside and inside the shoe, which is preferred, because it is not wearing off inside. The shoes will last you a long time and will keep shape. Comfortable, became my signature shoes! I commend excellent customer service which served me internationally.
