If I could give 0 stars I would - their customer service is rude and arrogant from someone who emails under the name MARINE. I hadn’t worn the sneakers much having had them for a year and they started to fall apart so I emailed them expecting some form of goodwill gesture to be honest. What I gor back in 2 replies from them was the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever had from a company. These sneakers are NOT worth the money and if you have a problem their attitude stinks - just avoid and buy from somewhere else like Common Projects where you get quality and care - I’m appalled by Zespa and will never ever buy from them again

We also acknowledge your observations regarding the availability of sizes and the frequency and extent of our sales.
Your insights are valuable to us, and we take customer feedback seriously. That is why I would like to address the availability and pricing considerations.
As a small independent brand it can be challenging for us to produce the right quantities for each products from our quite wide range without compromising both our eco-responsability engagements as well as the financial stability of the brand. But rest assured we do our absolute best to never run out of our most popular styles while prioritizing restocks on styles our customers ask for the most.
Regarding our sale prices, we have put a great amount of thoughts into those and we have come to the following conclusion. Our regular prices being extremely fair (as you have brought yourself), and considering the quality of materials and craftsmanship as well as how other brands are priced, we cannot offer much bigger discounts without again compromising the integrity of the brand or the quality of our shoes.
I hope those few elements will help bring more sense to what you have rightfully highlighted in your review.
