Absolutely great massage
Absolutely great massage, always really welcoming and professional. My only thought is that if some people would like a slightly harder massage, it would be nice to have that option.

Rude manner on Therapist
I was scheduled to come in to a zest at work massage at 12. I arrived in at 11:59, therapist told me, rudely, to come back at in five minutes, as she is taking her break, no apologies. This caused me to have to cancel as I had a meeting at 12:20. I was still charged for it by the company as we were splitting the fee. Poor form by the therapist as it was her nipping out to use the company coffee machine that caused the delay.
