My retreat in the Lake District was exactly what I needed. The whole experience felt calm, organised and genuinely restorative. The yoga was accessible but still meaningful, the swimming was invigorating, and the food was excellent. I came home feeling clearer in my head and much more like myself again.

It was a wonderful autumnal reset for me which i never realised how much i needed until I had done it. I loved the cold water dip in the woodland pond as it was such a magical setting. The barn accommodation felt cosy but luxurious with comfy beds and very peaceful. Food was amazing and Laura was very patient with my yoga inflexibility !!

From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, every detail is taken care of. Luxury rooms and experience. Laura focuses on ensuring you get the best from your yoga; explaining positions, encouraging you to practice your yoga to the fullest. You always feel supported, in safe hands. The food is nourishing and plentiful. The walks, and wild swimming in beautiful Welsh countryside is very special. The groups are of a size where you get to meet new people without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve just returned from afew days at Plas Ashpool and this time had a beautiful experience at bathing beauty, trying their natural facial products which was a big treat.

I’ve been on other yoga retreats but this is honestly 5 star.

Yoga and skincare retreat. The barn was a beautiful setting, all of the food was nutritious and so delicious. The retreat was a perfect blend of relaxation and unwinding with yoga classes, hikes and wild dips. I came away feeling refreshed rebalanced.

The website says Zestlife host error?

Dislike having to write a bad review.
Please order for suppliments for my dog earlier in the month, ordered with other companies the same day and all those orders have arrived.
Have ordered previously with Zestlife and customer service has been great but paid via PayPal previously this time I paid via Bank card.
Tried ringing no reply but is Saturday so might not be working.
Tried the Contact Us bit on the website message got bounced back same when I've emailed the enquires@ email too.
Will try phoning again on Monday and hope I can get an answer.

Buying direct from Zestlife works out cheaper than Amazon when ordering 2+ items, just have to wait a day or so longer for delivery but plan ahead and that's not a problem! Items are well packaged and arrive as promised.

Have not received my order over a month now

This is the second time I have ordered this product, but this time direct from Zestlife, I find it to be a good price and the delivery to France very good, quick service

I have been buying serrapeptase from Zestlife for years and it has helped with inflammation and cleared sinuses. The shape of the packaging means I can get these delivered to my post box in Croatia cheaply and without having to pay duty and go to the post office to collect. Thank you.
