(WORST) ZEST MONEY (WORST) This is a worst loan provider ever seen…

This is a worst loan provider ever seen in my entire life.I took an education loan from Zest Money and paid the entire loan amount well in 4 months advance than the due date. Still this worst company did not update and My Credit score got reduced from 840 to 699 and that was because of these peoples mistake they did not update an amount of 2000. I had to face the Credit downgrade for 4 months and now to get back to normal Credit I am not sure how long will that take.
Now they sent a mail saying its all clear and when I checked the Credit report after 14 days it is 720 now seriously???? For this worst companies mistake I should suffer now?? This worst company don't even respond to mails for weeks and even for this review also they will definitely have one automated message I am pretty sure about it.

I have an ongoing dispute with…

I have an ongoing dispute with zestmoney. But all they do is make you run around. The fault is not even mine .The loan was closed in 2021. It is still open in my CIBIL. Seriously not acceptable from a company of such reputation.

Big cheaters

Big cheaters, debited my money as down payment and they did not refund me my money of rs.1210/-. don't trust them, they will debit the money as down payment and they will not sanction the loan and refund also not done
