Zest money is a trained fraud of people who give false commitment and then ask customers to produce screenshots and call recordings as proof to escape from their promises. They are cleverly handling the scam in a way the customers cant to nothing but keep quite. Their customer support is horrible whose number wont get connected, if connected they do drama and make false promises of resolving the problem. Till today i have 3 issues including the EMI and autodebit also on the fake promise of discount on processing fees. This company is worst that the run a Scam of false interest refund plan, but never trust them. They have not paid any interest debited so far to me. And not least their social media team is pathetic who call you as soon as they see your review to make you take down the review by making false commitments. They never help. What they need is fool ppl and make money.

Hello dear friend, This application has very disappointed. Everytime I paid my amount on time and yet my credit limit has blocked, i don't know why....... Don't use this

Zest money customer service is worst. No one respond to email they have given. No executive respond to call. And even there chat support is worst. Once you upload all your documents they will not open your account easily. They will only reduce your CIBIL score by continuously poking into your database.
