I have had my filter for over 3 months now and very happy with it and would recommend it. Can’t fault the help given by Richard and his team and the ethos of the company.
It’s such a relief to know that we have filtered water for everything coming out of your taps.
Tastes nice as well.

I purchased our filter in September 2024, before I used a distiller and various jug filters, which prove more expensive and they dont filter the whole house water.
I feel happy and content knowing I have clean water for ourselves and especially the grandchildren.
Richard at Zest was super helpful and I have a product I can trust. Everytime it rains here in Southend on Sea ,we as a neighbourhood, have a problem with flooding and sewage overspill. I am confident that my water is not contaminated because of my zest filter. Thank you Zest. One happy customer

I can't express how much i LOVE my Zest Filter - knowing that all my water for my home and garden is now clean is such a relief. The product arrived quickly and my plumber found it quick and easy to install. All the animals have noticed a difference too in the water! Quick delivery both rich and Kylie so helpful and my shower water is now completely clean used to get back patches on my shower floor where my water was reacting to bleach (antibiotics turn black when bleached so I’m assuming it was residue of medication in my water) now nothing at all when I bleach very happy customer worth every Penny for piece of mind ☺️

I bought and fitted a zest water filter having first looked at other options available , and personal experiences commented on alternative media websites . I decided that Zest was the way to go for a variety of reasons - no moving parts , flushing or filters to change , zero energy consumption , and i liked the idea of fit and forget ... well for two years until time to change the unit with a replacement . I spoke to Richard and he seems a genuine person with a passion for the product , and inside knowledge of why so many people simply don't trust the water coming out of the taps in the UK . Previously i had a distiller on the go almost every day for my 5 litre daily usage , which most days just was,nt enough , and the noise energy consumption of the distiller was a daily bind . Now i have peace of mind that each tap and every appliance has filtered water without any of the multitude of chemicals including graphine , flouride , lead getting into the water . Easy to fit and good value in my opinion for obtaining wholesome water ... thankyou Zest !

I am delighted with the Zest Water for Life filter I have had fitted at home, in the cupboard under the stairs, just after the house stop tap. I bought it because I recognise that our health starts with what we consume. I am concerned about what is in our drinking water and I wanted to limit our exposure to environmental toxins such as chlorine, forever chemicals, pharmaceuticals, hormones and lead.

Previously, I was buying bottled water for me and my two children to drink and I felt really uncomfortable about all the plastic waste (not to mention the thought that some of the plastics might be leaching into the water).

Since fitting Zest (and it's important it note that it does not the affect water pressure at all!) we now have delicious and healthy drinking water on tap and a host of other benefits that I hadn't fully appreciated until after the filter was fitted:

* My water no longer smells of chlorine.

* The children's water bottles don't smell foisty by the end of the day as they had when we used tap water in the past.

* I no longer have to worry about the children drinking the bath water (before Zest I never even dared think about what might be coming through our skin in the bath!) Now we can all relax while they enjoy a good soak.

* Biofilms don't seem to accumulate in the bathroom and wet areas of the house any more and so there is less cleaning to keep on top of.

* My hands have suffered no dermatitis this winter (the first in a long time) and my skin and hair feel better in general.

* I am looking forward to my dishwasher, washing machine and dryer lasting longer and when my heating system next gets flushed I trust that will benefit, too.

* I'm looking forward to noticing how my clothes, bed sheets, bath towels and things feel after being washed with filtered water over time.

And one of the best things for me is knowing that my Zest filter unit is helping the environment. The toxins that Zest removes from all the water passing through my house are taken back after the two-year lifespan of the filter and disposed of responsibly by Zest, instead of going down the drain to continue to pollute the environment. I had a good chat with Richard about this aspect of the system and he explained how once the filter is returned to Zest, it is opened up and everything inside can be used again. All the toxins that are not useful are removed and disposed of safely, whereby they cannot re-enter the water cycle. Meanwhile, any useful chemicals, such as fertilisers, can be extracted and given back to farmers in a form that will not leach into the groundwater, thanks to the zeolite component of the technology.

So by choosing the Zest system, I have unwittingly become part of a network of people who own Zest whole house water filters and together we are helping to clean up our water. I love that just as much as I love knowing my household doesn't have to worry about what's in the water!

I am based in Derbyshire. I have had a Zest water filter installed on February 1st 2024. I noticed the difference straight away when drinking the water. It tasted much clearer, fresher and softer. After a shower my skin and hair felt much softer and silky. I felt like I didn’t need to moisturise afterwards.
The water pressure was the same as before so all good.
David the plumber was very friendly and professional, it only took 2 hours for the installation. Despite a few problems, which he soon found a solution. He did a great job.
It’s nice to know that’s it now 2 years before a replacement unit is needed. Oh and also if you move houses you can have it removed and fitted in your new home quite easily.
I would highly recommend having a Zest water filter fitted, if you want peace of mind knowing the water you use will be free from harmful contaminates.

As a plumber, I have fitted a number of these units now and have yet to come across an application that caused any real issues. The filter can be fitted horizontally as well as vertically which gives more options for installation. I’ve fitted them in kitchens, bathrooms and even under the stairs, whichever situation calls for as long as it’s close to the stop tap.
Anyone that has one of these would be reluctant to go back to tap water as the benefits are endless.

Had a few teething problems with delivery and my plumber damaged it installing it! So Richard gave advice by e mail ( very good ) then Richard arranged to deliver the replacement himself, WHAT A SERVICE!
He traveled over an hour to get here. He then instructed my plumber how and where to install it.
Now we have GREAT WATER on every tap in the house, it’s also tastes better than the reverse osmosis we were using.

I ordered two Zest filters to Vancouver, Canada. They arrived quickly. I needed a plumber to install. Richard was great and responding to my questions throughout the process. So nice to have peace of mind now when drinking water from the tap! Thank you Zest.

I was in contact with the swedish reseller. They realy helped me and explained the product well. When i ordered it was fast and easy delivery and installation. I can now taste the health in my new watersystem.
