Unless you contact us to make us aware that the documentation hasn't arrived, we would have no way of knowing unless it's returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail. If this were to happen, we would always attempt to contact you to check we hold the correct details for you. Following the initial telephone call, I was very impressed with the information I was given in view of the fact that I spent half of my life working within the Life assurance industry at senior level so I did to some extent put the girl on the phone under a little pressure but was happy the way she responded and answered. Documentation sent immediately. Veryhappy with service.
