If I was able to score this a zero, that would be the correct rating. Total scam, no retour policy, incorrect clothing. They claim to be a Dutch based website, even showing PostNL as logistic partner. It's pure drop shipment be aware and don't purchase from Zeta-mode.nl.

Scam order: #ZETA8796 item never came. It feels like I paid them to terrorize us further.

If I could give no starts I would. This company scammed me. On their website I found some pants that I thought I could wear when I teach. I'm a ballet teacher. The pants arrived late. The pants were not sized properly on their website so they did not fit me. When I tried to return the pants, they told me I could exchange the pants for a small fee of €9.99. This was not mentioned on their website. When I told them I wanted a return label to return the pants for a full refund, they told me the return shipment would be at my own cost. This was not mentioned on the website under their Return and Refund Policy page. The return cost would have been over €52 and the cost of the pants was €39.95. When I pointed out to them that the return costs more than the product they were unsympathetic but wanted to know if they could help me with something else. I never take the time to write bad reviews, but this company is a scam. I'm a ballet teacher and, like most teachers across the world, I have to cover the costs of my own supplies. I'm only writing this here because I don't want them to take advantage of another person. I highly recommend that you do not order from them. Its a scam!

Company takes 2 working days to answer simple emails. These answers are obviously made by a chatbot that gives no relevant info. Impossible to send an item back: after 10 emails I still had to jump through strange hoops (like making more photos of the item, which was obviously in excellent condition)).

Scam webshop. Articles ordered are shipped from China in very poor quality.

Don't buy here!!! We are now, like others, also having to recur to nietbezorgd.nl to help us with this ridiculous shop. We got scammed like all the other reviewers. Should have looked for the reviews before buying.

Now we lost money but hope others will see this and not fall into the same trap.

I wish there was a way to report the website or wish the government would do something about these scammers.

Really bad experience. Size too small and returning to China cost more than €60,0. Never again.

Website posting as a dutch store with dutch prices but products are from China with very poor sizing and quality!
If i want cheap china stuff, i will order from shein or ali and not from a dutch store. Returns cost a fortune as the products need to go to China

Delivery time on the website is up to 5 days. I've been waiting for over two weeks. no contact with the store and the parcel still did not arrive. I do not recommend.

Don’t buy from this company. Product comes from China and has non European sizing. Impossible to contact the customer services for a return as emails and phone are not answered

Ordered two sizes of a jacket, Medium and Large, so I could be sure one would fit and planned to return the other one. Thought it was from a Dutch store but after waiting for weeks turned out it came from China. The quality is not good and the sizes are so tiny even L doesn’t fit me although it is my usual jacket size. They say return is possible and got an address in Woerden but then ask you to return the jackets with DHL Express to China so that the cost of returning is almost same as cost of both jackets. Shouldn’t be allowed to pose like this as a Dutch company
