Thanks to Braden helped me thru my problem twice!

Very clearly a scam. Constant issues. I was playing on their Roulette tables and whilst I don't think that they are using service providers that manipulate the tables themselves, you will have your bets blocked at a critical moment when you are doubling down on a streak of something so you ultimately incur the loss when you should not have. They block the bet saying that you have insufficient funds (when you do) and then they will make out that it is a technical issue. But this happens routinely at the exact same point in a streak. Too often to be a coincidence. Then when it comes to trying to withdraw the funds, good luck. They will delay it endlessly. Customer support don't give any meaningful responses. I'm glad I didn't put much money in as I had my doubts when they did not ask for KYC. Should have realised what was going on based on that. I understand that gambling is risky, but none of the losses i incurred where due to bad luck, all of them were due to them having a "glitch". At best they have bad servers and technology but at worst (and more likely the case) is they are a scam site.

I would rate this casino a 0 if that were possible. They have no problem taking your money. But withdrawals are impossible. I never had one successful withdrawal. I contacted support many times. Then I found a casino review that said Zet Casino is not allowed in Ontario - where I am at! So I contacted them about it, and was told to look over the terms and conditions. It never said Ontario was prohibited, but I did see that it said to check the terms and conditions regularly, because they are allowed to change anything at anytime. Including what areas are allowed to used the casino.

So to recap - very willing to take every deposit. 100% unwilling to allow even 1 withdrawal.

This is beyond scam. Organized robbery under casino cover. Stay away or you will be robbed. Check and trust all other reviews about this so called online casino too. I don't know how those well known game providers allow this scammers site to use their products for commiting such a crime.

If you want to play online casino, you better look other options and find trustworthy sites. This is not a casino but well organized scam site. My review is not based on a couple of experiences but after spending very large amounts of money. There is not way players get a chance to win. Even if you win the casino will make sure you can't  withdraw it, using so many methods including their weird withdrawal policy. So, stay away from this site unless you want to give away your money for scammer.

Really bad! Specially the costumer service and personal who chat with you! They are unpleasant and they do nothing for you!

This website is a scam, they wont process your withdrawal until you give up and decide to lose everything in their website. They will copg all of your financial payment methods and try to use it and hack it. Please avoid this website and casino!!

I deposited $50 and they disabled my account. No warning or explanation of why. Never got to use that deposit and they won't give it back. I've sent multiple emails and still nobody can tell me why my account was disabled. Feel like I got scammed out of that money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hands down the worst casino. Live chat is no help and just copy and paste answers. Withdrawals take forever with ridiculous withdrawal limits, and they frequently cancel withdrawal requests without any explanation.

Haha what a dumb casino so rigged it’s impossible to win anything such weird games they have here and the customer support is awful I messaged live chat to close my account and they made me wait then said my shift is over I’ll pass u to my other colleague and then she said let me check your convo and then everything just disappeared .. can’t even open live chat anymore.. bunch of scammers they’ll crash very soon hopefully they get robbed to see how it feels to do it to others.. never again stay away !

Dishonest, bull crap, robbery…..stay away people. There shouldn’t be limits to how much you withdrawal, it’s just their sneaky way of keeping you playing and eventually losing all your money.

Small casino, Withdrawal limit is 750$ cdn a day. Not recommended. Stay away from them.

I deposited 50$ and started playing with a bonus. I got up to around 175$ the game kicked me out and took all my money . When I contacted support I was told that I would have to prove that funds were removed. They gave me a list of things to look through and basically telling me that my money was gone. Do not trust this casino it is a complete scam to get your money . They also closed the account because they couldn't be bothered to try resolve it.

I deposited 2 x 100 and did not receive the 100% deposit bonus. Customer service offered 20% loyalty. I told them they are dishonest and had my account closed
