My zettle terminal which is used probable once a month threw up a BL error. Was told by zettle support this cant be fixed and wanted just short of £150 for a replacement. It appears the BL fault is quite common and for a reason that can only be a coincidence appears after the machines warranty has expired.
So, no zettle I wont spend another £150 with you to have this happen again
If you want your money taken!! Go for it.
Zettle pos and PayPal both at fault here neither one will give explanation to why my account has been permanently. Closed after me answering many many many questions on my transactions also providing documentation for each transaction explaining each transaction in detail . Not only did I not receive an explanation as to why they permanently closed my account they also caused buisness to come to a hault costing us time and money causing us to quickly divert incoming funds to another company or bank account without warning or notice of them closing my account so that I could continue normal buisness, and to top it off the money in my account they will be holding for 180 days without reason as to why yet again, and the paypal guy I talked to just has smart ass written on his tounge he also thinks things are funny and says there is Noone else at paypal to speak with on the situation zettle also no help just 2 companies" 1 BIG JOKE" Ill never do buisness and have zettle nor PayPal ever again. These big companies making all this money really needs to get their shit in order and their customer support needs quality control to do more training with them and also train them that customer happiness and satisfaction is a must.

I've recently had two occasions where I needed to call customer support. My call was answered quickly, the support advisor was able to understand and answer my questions and helpful responses were provided with a follow-up e-mail.

I had a great experience with Zettle Support. The team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to understand my issue and resolved it quickly and clearly. Overall, a very smooth and positive interaction.
DO NOT BUY ZETTLE TERMINAL
I purchased a Zettle Terminal for almost £300 and the device has been problematic from day one. It regularly froze, failed to switch on, and was completely unreliable for taking payments. I raised these issues multiple times, yet nothing was ever properly resolved.
When I contacted support again, I was told the device was no longer under warranty, despite the fact that the faults were there from the start and had been reported early on. At no point was I offered a replacement, repair, or any reasonable solution. The support experience felt dismissive and unhelpful.
In the end, I had to abandon the terminal altogether and switch to Square just to keep my business running. I feel let down and out of pocket for a product that never worked as advertised. Very disappointing overall, and I would not recommend Zettle based on my experience.
