Playpen has been great for my baby!

Very impressed with the quality of the Zety play pen and play pen mat. My baby loves to play there.
Had an inconvenient with one item and the team reached out right away and send the replacement super fast. Great company to work with.

We love the playpen! We our first child used it for a while and it held up well. We kept it in storage, moved - then seemed to have lost a few of the connectors. When we had our second child, Zety was able to help us get replacement connectors so we could use the playpen again for our second child. Great products and support!

We bought a large playpen from Zety and have been really impressed with both the quality of the product and the ease of putting it together! Everyone in our family loves it! It’s comfortable and large enough for all of us to hang out in, and safe and sturdy enough with lots of cool built-in toys to keep the baby contained and entertained!

This product is something we use all the time since becoming parents. We enjoy the quality of the play pen and how easy it was to get to customer service. Our toddler broke the door and connecting pieces and we were able to get a replacement quickly! I will be sure to let all my friends know about this play pen!

I purchased a Zety Playpen on Amazon and encountered an issue where the loaded spring in the door fell out which didn’t allow my playpen door to fully stay shut. I reached out to customer support asking for advise on how to repair the door or get a replacement part and was met with extreme customer service from Tyler. He explained to me that the door is manufactured differently since I originally purchased it and shipped me a replacement panel so I could get my playpen back to its original state and prevent the issue from reoccurring. I was really grateful for Zety’s approach on remedying the situation with such ease. I’d highly recommend Zety products as their team stands by their quality and customer satisfaction

I liked the product and it was a perfect gift. I ordered it online and the only glitch was that there was no way to have it sent to an address other than mine. When I reached a person by phone the next day, it was handled. You might consider fixing it - I'm sure I'm not the only one ordering a baby gift for someone in another state!
