I love this company and their products. I’ve been shopping with them for 2 years and always receive the correct order in a timely manner. The two times I encountered a problem, their customer service reps resolved the problem immediately in a friendly and helpful manner. You can’t go wrong with Zeus E-Juice.

I honestly have not found another juice i can vape daily. Medusa is the best flavor i have found anywhere. i tried so many juices. The price is spot on for a 125ml bottle, 35 bucks. Everything about this company is great. I have been ordering here for years now. If there is ever a problem (rarely happens) they will make sure they take care of you as fast as possible. I cant say enough good about this juice and people.

All of our juice is made to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf. So with a backlog of orders, we did end up almost 2 weeks behind at first. We have said, in more ways than one, that it is our fault. We can not change the past, we can only give explanations (please do not confuse that with excuses), learn from our mistakes, and make changes going forward.
Your orders were placed on 4/3 and 4/6. We came back from our move on 4/2 and were doing our best to get through orders. We could have and should have notified customers sooner, but we were hoping to catch up sooner. Like we said above, lessons learned.
In regards to the shipping, many customer in general seem to be confused by the 2-3 day shipping, so we like to clarify when we can.

I place frequent orders
I place frequent orders, every 4-6 weeks. In the past, the orders were shipped promptly and received within 3-5 days. The last order was not processed for three weeks. My first question is why the slow response and secondly the drastic cut in the price. Curious.
I could not make contact through the web site or by phone. Kind of frustrating.

There were some circumstances that resulted in the delay in shipping. We moved locations, and had a sale at the same time. We did not anticipate the high demand for our juice, which resulted in a delay in shipping. A newsletter was sent out regarding the delay in shipping, as well as posted on social media. There was also a banner across our website that notified customers that phone calls and emails would not be answered at this time, however text message would be responded to; simply because it was taking less time away from juicing and shipping to answer texts messages than phone calls and emails. We can be reached via out new phone number, which also accepts texts messages as well.
The 'drop in price' you are referring to was a sale on juices that were being discontinued. We have since decided to bring some back.
We are very sorry that our circumstances resulted in a poor experience for you. We certainly value you as a customer and hope that this helps to answer some questions.

good e liquids but if you order on the 10th plan on it getting to you by the 30th. They won't even get back to you when you e mail them about the status of your order. I tried calling but you get a message from verizon telling you the wireless customer you are trying to reach is not available at this time then you aren't even able to leave a voice message either. All my account shows on their website is status pending I am a new customer at that, wouldn't you think they would want to respond. Awful customer service.I paid for 2 day shipping and have been waiting on my e liquids and a response now for 7 days. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

We certainly agree, during the move, our customer service was lacking. Not only did we move, we shut down juicing and shipping for 5 days, including the weekend, and had a sale going on at the same time. When we returned from our move, we had an unexpected influx of orders to juice and ship.
All of our juices are currently still made to order. None of our juice is pulled from a shelf and boxed and shipped. Juicing takes a little longer than simply grabbing a bottle from a shelf, so unfortunately there was a delay in shipping. During that time in order to focus on getting orders juiced and out the door, we had to make the decision to stop answering any emails or phone calls (the number you were calling was incorrect, we had a new number posted on our site) .
In regards to the 2-day shipping, shipping times are determined by USPS, not by us. The 2-day shipping does not refer to how long it will be before you have your order in hand, it refers to shipping time; time USPS has to get you your order once it is shipped.
We do sincerely apologize for the lack of customer service you experienced during that time. Please know that we value our customers and know that we would not be here if it were not for you.
We hope that this answered any questions you had regarding our business and changed your mind about any future orders you make with us.
I'm starting to lose faith in Zeus…
I'm starting to lose faith in Zeus ejuice. I've been buying from them for a couple of years now without issues. Over the last couple of months they've started to go downhill, had an order with an unknown object in the bottle. they did send me replacement juice but now I have a recent order that's been sitting pending for a week and no response from them as to the status of when it's going to ship. I've completed their contact form twice and still have not heard from them I will be disputing the charge on my credit card tomorrow. Very unfortunate....
