Order fulfillment failure
Initially, the device that I got seem to work until it failed. They agreed to replace it, but it’s been a month and I still have not received it. It says on the tracker that it was released from customs three weeks ago yet I still do not have it. If they intend to do business in the United States, it would be very beneficial if they could have a supply chain of the product here in this country to avoid the time it takes to fill orders or to replace failed devices.

Seemed to work fine
Seemed to work fine. I then had a reaction to the Sticky Pad which caused inflammation and itching. I was advised, by Zeuss, to try again after 7 days. I left it a month and BANG! massive reaction. No hypoallergenic alternative so stuck with an expensive ornament on my bedside table.

Zeus is comfortable to wear
Zeus is comfortable to wear, and certainly has,a positive effect on my snoring so far. I need to ensure that I apply stickers correctly first time round as reapplication often unsuccessful. Customer service by email is prompt and helpful.

I start this review with the caveat…
I start this review with the caveat that I still think it’s too early to tell whether my Zeus is having an overall positive effect or not. My experience is mixed but I’ve given it four stars based on my most recent experience which was a very successful period of deep sleep overnight a few nights ago. I was particularly grateful for this because unwittingly it turned out that I had a long car driving journey to complete the following day and I think my wearing the Zeus definitely helped.
I don’t know if the facility already exists and I’ve missed it, but it could do with a having a Zeus app which enables you to do the settings on your phone rather than fiddling with the device which I haven’t quite got to grips with yet. I think mine‘s on quite a high setting of eight and I’d like to take it back to 6 if I could, but it’s a bit of a faff to have to do so. But that’s probably me rather than the product.

Definitely worth trying
I have been using Zeus since end of April and also been using SnoreLab app at night too. The difference in my snore scores were amazing right from the start. I snore really loud and can be very annoying for my husband. He was also amazed at the difference. I did have a few problems at first with my skin breaking out but I managed to work through that. I usually have it on setting nine. Overall I am delighted with product and I have recommended it to other snorers. It is expensive to purchase and you have also got to purchase additional pads but I do think it has been worth it.

I had high hopes for the Zeus device…
I had high hopes for the Zeus device but it didn't work for me. I use a snoring app to monitor my snoring but, unfortunately, there was only a slight improvement with the Zeus device. I have an undershot jaw and, after much trial and error with various possible solutions, I have had to resort to a custom-made MAD which works extremely well for me. However, I did persevere with the Zeus for several weeks and would highly recommend giving it a try if you have a different problem from mine.

The efficacy of Zeus depends on the type of snorer you are. It tends to be most effective for multi-factorial and tongue-root snorers, but may not resolve snoring caused primarily by the nasal passageway. If that is the case, Zeus may not be the right solution for you.

It is however, very sensitive and does not adhere well or make electrical contact unless he has shaved and washed carefully just before application. Otherwise it falls off or switches itself off.

The sticky pads fall off by morning.
The sticky pads are designed for a wider under-jaw. They also fall off by morning and if you position the device incorrectly, they won't re-stick and you need a new pad.
The device needs charging after every use and loses charge if left off the charger despite being charged.

For me it’s been a game of two halves
For me it’s been a game of two halves. The first couple of weeks were amazing, I ditched the cpap machine (which I hate) and it felt like I had found a miracle cure. Then things deteriorated (I don’t know why) and my snoring seemed to return. I have now spoken to the wonderful people at Zeus and have a guidance webinar to watch. Hopefully this will identify where I am going wrong. I REALLY hope so. If you are one of the people it works for - you are a lottery winner.

Very satisfied as is my wife!
After a few false starts when I wasn't sure it was working, this device appears to have largely solved the snoring problem (so I am told)! It's easy to fit into my bed time routine - 6 months now. Very occasionally, I have to restart the device as the time set aside for falling asleep isn't quite long enough.

Some users may find that their Zeus device does not perform as effectively during periods of very hot weather.
High temperatures can reduce the effectiveness of the hydrogel pads, as increased perspiration and oil production on the skin can make it more difficult for the device to stay securely attached overnight.
In addition, the hydrogel that conducts the stimulation from the device to the nerves may dry out more quickly due to higher ambient temperatures, increased skin temperature, and the heat generated during stimulation. As a result, the stimulation may feel weaker than usual, or it may seem as though the device has stopped stimulating.
To help prevent these issues:
• Store your packet of hydrogel pads in the refrigerator
• Wash and thoroughly dry the application area before applying the device to remove excess oils and sweat
• If problems persist, apply a small additional drop of hydrogel or conductive gel to the hydrogel circles before attaching the pad
These steps can help maintain good adhesion and ensure optimal stimulation performance during hot weather.

Revolutionary Zeus
Zeus has literally revolutionised my sleep.
It is small and neat but packs a punch. It is easy for travel (just wish there was a tiny travel case for it to allow ease of carrying).
I sleep much more deeply now with fewer waking moments maybe once in the night (which is a bathroom call) rather than several due to snoring. Went away with my daughter recently and she said I didn’t snore once (her biggest complaint before ) so I’d give it a 12/10 it works

Unfortunately it didn’t help as much as I (and my wife) had hoped for with me.
I think some of that is due to the excess weight I’m carrying at present. I am currently losing some weight and will see how the snoring goes with the weight loss and then make a decision as to whether to purchase it again.

I agree with other users that its either hit or miss on when one set the device on. And back sleeping does not seem to work all that well. But overall a really good and innovative device that attacks the actual problem and not the mouth tape etc! Give it a go, its better than most snore aid
