No proper customer service takes several days to resolve technical issues with individuals accounts
Compliance officer tim so rude and threaten people saying they will need to take further action if you keep chasing them up with emails for updates and all rubbish customer service

SCAMMERS SOME CHINESE GUY WHO IS CEO OF THIS APP
HAS NO GREAT STAFF WITH UNPROFESSIONALS
PLEASE AVOID SIGNING UP 🙏 AS THEY ARE PURELY FRAUDSTERS

Disgraceful, unethical company

I agree with the below, frozen my account twice now when I've uploaded the documents already. Its been over a week now and they are not responding to my emails. I can't access my funds and need to pay my rent. During a time of national crisis, these guys are awful. STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY

This company is disgraceful because they have frozen my account twice now for no apparent reason and right now I have no access to my money. I followed their process to unfreeze my account and emailed them several times but I’ve had no response. It’s a good job they’re not my main account because if so I would’ve been facing serious hardship because of them. What kind of company does this? 3 weeks now I’ve had no access to my money!

extremely disappointing

A friend sent me money yesterday. Still don’t have it. Another friend sent me money today. Same thing happened. I had to get money sent to a neighbour as Zeux has no proper customer service or complaints. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you have plenty spare money

Fantastic experience

I saw this App in an article and then decided to have a try.
it was quite an exciting experience as I didn't have to do any paperwork to open an account as in a high street bank. it only takes a very short time in Zeux.
Another thing attractive in Zeux is the 5% interest rate! I've been used to putting part of my salary in the money pot every month.
Although there are still some areas of development, I believe they will do better in the future! I'm looking forward to more possibilities in digital banking.

Amazing product

Smooth, fast and efficient. Looking for a high interest saving account in today's climate is not easy. I found Zeux and after reading their site and exploring their app I decided to open an account.

I've successfully gained some amazing interest on money that was previously sitting in my standard bank account earning basically nothing.

BEST saving account in the UK

I've been using this app for 3 months, so far so good.
I am most excited with the 5% interest investing money pot. I've earned a quite decent amount of interests! and it helped me control my expense a lot. Tho it's simple to transfer money out of the investing pot, but I wanna keep them in it since i wanna get more interests.
It's the best saving account alternative in the UK after doing some research. Good to know Zeux and I'll keep using it :)

5% promotional offer!!

Personally I have found the 5% promotional interest rate very attractive, thus decided to give it a go. This promotional scheme does offer substantial rates above what you might find on the high-street so it is worth the try. Besides, it's backed by WeCash, which is very apparently massive and popular with Chinese consumers.

The user interface on the Zeux app is very intuitive and easy-to-use. I look forward to seeing what this app can do in the future!!

I've used the app from the very start…

I've used the app from the very start and it's come a long way. The combination of banking, crypto and high interest rate is what I've been looking for and something that they promised. They have now delivered these features so I'm excited to see where they'll go next.

Good but a bit buggy

Came across Zeux after seeing an ad. I liked the website and decided to give it a try. I would say the design is ok, I really like being able to see all my accounts in one place and the 5% money pot. Bit skeptical at first but I've earnt more money in a few months than I have in like 3 years with my HSBC. I'm very happy. Downsides,the app is still buggy, get signed out every now and then. if they fix that then it'll be excellent.

Very good product

Very good product. Tried to top up money, add it to the 5% easy access money pot, earned interests for 2 weeks and withdrawal all my
money plus interests successfully with no issue. I can add my bank account instantly without requesting any document.

I have not experienced any issue of the product.

Buggy and slow

Really rather disappointed now. They'll take your money into their app, promise you an amazing interest rate and it’s slow and buggy to get it back.

The app in general is buggy and slow, and plagued with issues and the support staff are slow to respond. Even logging in is slow and sometimes fails.

I tried withdrawing my money to another bank account in my name the other day and it kept failing. Today I've tried to take money from my instant access savings account (the 5% one) and put it into my main account, it says its complete, but the money has gone. It's not in the savings account or the main account.

Its probably ok to try it out, but whatever you do don’t try and rely on this app.

Rubbish

Rubbish, card doesn't work and can't transfer money until you provide the bank statement of the account you are trying to transfer to. Support never reply. Just a scam to get your ID and personal details
