I’m well pleased
Has a pensioner concerned about customer service and being ripped off I picked up the phone to “test the waters” I need not have worried Ali was a gentleman who elevated my concerns, however until my reconditioned iPad arrived I reserved my 5 stars. The 2025 iPad arrived within two days and had a great cover. I had a little trouble transferring the data from my 5th generation iPad but a conversation with Apple sorted this for me. I’m a well pleased.

This is the third phone we've bought from Zexons, and to be honest, I can't ever see it changing for all future devices. The quality is just so good, and the delivery is so quick. Refurbished phone fine but not price of old phone
The refurbished iPhone 17 I ordered was fine and delivered the next day and could not have a better service. It was in perfect condition. I sent my old iPhone to the company as part exchange and offered me a low price. They claimed there were scratches on the screen and body of the phone. This is not possible as it has always had a screen protector and been in a case to protect the body. I reluctantly accepted their offer but will not sell my old phone to them again.

Phone as new and fast delivery.
The delivery was fast and the phone was a great price and exactly as on the website. Described as Excellent condition and I couldn't argue with that, it looks new. Working perfectly and I feel comfortable that if I have any issues I'll get good backup service from Zextons.
The only tiny blip is that I haven't received the free 02 SIM I opted for.
I'd definitely recommend them to others.
