World-class customer service and product!

This vendor is an oasis in a desert of an industry where there are a lot of shady and non-legit players. Being a first-time shopper, I had a lot of questions. I cannot speak highly enough of the patience, graciousness and incredible assistance that Lynn, the sales manager at Zexy Dolls gave me, in taking care of every one of my inquiries and she always kindly welcomed the MANY e-mails that came from me in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I was also sent factory photos throughout the process, as well as some final-approval (post-production) ones, prior to shipping.

Zexy Dolls offered me WORLD-CLASS customer service and made me feel like my satisfaction was most-important to them. And the product, upon receiving it, is simply of exquisite quality. In closing, I cannot recommend Zexy Dolls as a seller highly-enough! This is how customer service SHOULD BE DONE in today's world.
