If possible I would give them 0 stars.

After back and forth over e-mails, in which they blatantly lied about my package being on it’s way and providing me with 3 incorrect tracking codes I still haven’t gotten my order despite ordering over a month ago.
I would hardly recommend not to shop at this website.
As a side note: the shop Happy&Polly offers pretty the same product and is absolutely legit. I think Zezelife is actually a rip off of Happy&Polly but thats only my opinion.

Scam! One item not delivered, products not as shown on the site.

I've ordered four cute cat litter mats, received only three, and two of them look nothing like the pictures on the site. They should have a cute shape of the image printed on them, as shown on the site, but in reality they're just plain rectangular mats. Look very poor quality, cheaply-made too.
The third one has sloppily cut edges, with pieces sticking out.
I've contacted the seller right away, but never heard back.

Update: After several days of no response from Zezelife, I opened a case on PayPal. Following this, Zezelife finally contacted me. They agreed to send the missing item (a mat with a swimming pool print) and suggested I use scissors to cut the mats that didn't match the images from their website myself. They explained that previous customers requested uncut rectangular mats, so they now ship them that way. I refused and offered to return the mats for a refund, but they didn’t want that and insisted on sending replacements.

When I received the second parcel, the new rugs were correctly cut, but I still can't say I'm 100% happy with the outcome. The print quality varies significantly: one mat has consistent, vibrant colors, while the other is pale, you can see the white wiring.
As for the mat that was missing from the original order, the print is darker, and instead of water reflections it shows just vector lines.

Overall, the quality is disappointing. Despite washing the pool print mat only twice by hand with mild soap in cold water, it is already losing color. The product is not worth the price.
