What is called is incompetence, bordering blackmailing.
Three time in a row, a shipment from Spain to UK, they invoiced VAT deferment fees without consent, given I signed a Postponed Import VAT Accounting form with them and a have CDS account with HMRC. Not to mention I have to pay for VAT and duty using funds from other accounts, impacting cash flow.
