It doesn’t even deserve a single star and I believe that the 5 stars are from families and friends.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, the price they initially advertised turned out to be inaccurate, resulting in double the actual cost.

Secondly, they booked me into budget hotels that were worth less than £100, a far cry from what I expected considering the price paid. It felt like a complete ripoff.

Thirdly, the quality of service at the hotels was subpar. The Madinah hotel was passable, but the Makkah hotel was atrocious. The cleanliness was so poor that I couldn't even walk barefoot on the floor. I had to cover the toilet seat with a bag to use it, and the bathroom floor was in a disgusting state. I had to clean it myself with only the soap provided since there were no cleaning products or gloves.

Furthermore, my hotel booking in Makkah was mishandled, and I had to make a second payment. The hotel claimed they hadn't received payment from the travel agency, despite having made reservations. Although I eventually received a refund, it required extensive communication with the company and the hotel to provide evidence that the booking wasn't completed. At times, it felt like the travel agency was ignoring me, forcing me to involve a solicitor.

I practically had to visit their office every day after Asr prayer. If I could upload videos, I would, but I'll share screenshots of the videos I took and the evidence I gathered during my stay.

We had a very bad experience with this company, whilst booking an Umrah visit with them. They have requested for a full payment, which we have done and then a few days before we travel requested for more money. The reason was that the hotel price went up, but we already paid them about 2-3 weeks prior to secure the booking.
We had no choice but to pay, then they have sent us a fake booking. 2 days before we travel, with 2 young children, they said the hotel is not available and they will refund us. we ended up paying an extra £580 to secure another hotel.
I have transcripts and call recording for proof.
We felt that we were being blackmailed into more money, 2 days before we travel.
We paid nearly £6000 for 2 adults and 2 children, and was only offered a refund of around £250 for our Makkah hotel, for 6 nights!
We have requested for a member of management to contact us, we are still waiting.

I have booked umrah with Zikar travel they booked best airline and nearest hotels to the holy mosques also arranged all transportation from Makkah to madinah to airports. I vey thankful to their help and understanding to my needs
